    This is my first time listening to the radio Postal Podcast. I have to admit I was hesitant about clicking the buttom since I am not a computer guru. I really enjoyed the podcast. Its always nice to hear whats going on in our Postal Families. Our Company has so many talented and caring employees. This Christmas season was my first opportunity to work in our Retail Lobby helping customers decide the best way to mail their packages. It was very rewarding to hear many of the customers comments about how appreciative they were to receive the friendly and helpful service . One couple from up North vacationing stated they loved their Post Office but had never experienced the assistance they received during their visit at our Retail Unit. Setting up a Readypost display with labeled sizes and prices was a great help to customers who brought in their unpackaged items. We also had many husbands who were carrying a list from their wives to pick up select sized boxes who were able to chose the sizes they needed based on this setup without becoming fustrated. We not only serve the customers but are each other customers and I hope we are constantly mindful of this as we perform our daily duties.
