Nice to hear multiple “real people” comments. Very good flow between segments. I especially liked Susan Plonkey’s contribution. She got into the theme of the message very effectively.

I think USPS is doing a good thing with these podcasts. That’s why it’s incomprehensible why USPS’s IT Department attempts to block them, due to their “Inappropriate Content.”
